How can I contact you?

If you need to get in touch with us you can email us via: contact@cartel-label.com and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm (AEST) Monday – Friday.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal & Afterpay.

Express Delivery

All orders are sent via express shipping only.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive a text message containing your orders tracking information.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, has my order been accepted?

Sometimes our emails are filed in our customers spam/junk inbox, if you haven’t received an order confirmation to your main inbox then please check your other inboxes. If the order confirmation has not been received, please contact us and we will be happy to tell you the status of your order.

I need to return my order; how do I arrange this?

We hope you love your purchase from Cartel Label. We do however offer exchanges and refunds on any full price item according to our ‘Returns Policy.’ To qualify for an exchange or full refund your item/s must be received by us within 14 days from delivery. Which destinations does Cartel Label ship to?

Please see our Shipping Page for all destinations that we ship to. If your country is not listed, unfortunately we cannot process an order for you at this time. We are working with our shipping provider to expand our delivery reach and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We display any promotional codes and vouchers through our website and social media channels. If the promotion or voucher is not seen on any of our platforms, it won’t be valid.
