We do offer exchanges and refunds on any full price item according to our ‘Returns & Refunds Policy' below. PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

All claims must be made, sent and received by us within 30 days of purchase date.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Check out our returns policy and exclusions

2. Go to our Returns Center, simply enter in your order number and email address

3. If/When your return request has been approved you will need to send back your items with a carrier of your choice. It is your responsibility to fund the full cost of the return shipping and is not under any circumstance covered by Cartel Label.

We highly recommend that you use a tracked service.

4. Chuck your Name, Order# & RMA# (RMA will be provided to you once approved) On the return satchel

5. Everything else you need to know, will be provided to you when your return has been approved. 

EXCLUSIONS

Cartel Label does not permit returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Products purchased on sale e.g. during a promotional sale period or on markdown
  • Products received without an authorised Return Number (RMA Number)
  • Headwear, Swimwear or Lingerie products
  • Products not received in their OG Condition e.g. Original Packing, Tags Attached  
  • Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour or tan products, ect.
  • Products that are marked or damaged in anyway

Cartel Label reserves the right to deny any item that does not adhere to the conditions of this policy. 
 
FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe an item you have purchased from us is faulty please use our returns centre to submit a return request along with clear photos of the fault and a detailed description. We will sus the sitch and get back to you.
